Pre-Order & Deposit
Most collections are made to order. Here is how a pre-order works:
1. Production takes 30 working days from the date your deposit is received.
2. A 50% deposit reserves your piece. The remaining 50% is due once it is finished and ready to be shipped.
3. A pre-order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. If your circumstances change, please contact us and a refund request will be reviewed case by case.
